Launch Phase (November 2024)

  • Testing (November 4-18): Technical tests, bug fixing, and final adjustments.
  • Pre-launch (November 18-25): Initial advertising campaign and regression testing.
  • Official Launch (November 25): Game opens at 9:00 PM (UTC -5), with point accumulation.

Fundraising and Growth Phase (December 2024 - May 2025)

Fundraising Period (6 months):

During this phase, ad-generated revenue will be used to distribute rewards among players and to cover team operating costs. Below are the distribution percentages and reward structure details.

Revenue Distribution:
  • 60% to players: This percentage goes directly to players, allocated based on their leaderboard position.
  • 40% to the internal team: This fund is dedicated to covering operational costs, development, and platform maintenance to ensure long-term sustainability.
User Reward Distribution:

Rewards for players are structured based on their leaderboard position to encourage both active participation and user base growth.

  • 1 to 100: The top 100 players receive 12% of the total reward pool.
  • 101 to 300: Players in this range receive 12% of the reward pool.
  • 301 to 600: These players also receive 12% of the reward pool.
  • 601 to 1000: This group receives 12% of the reward pool.
  • 1001 and beyond: All remaining players receive 12% of the reward pool.

Note: The percentages applied to each group aim to ensure a fair and appealing reward distribution, promoting competitiveness and user retention on the platform.

Feature Expansion and Infrastructure Improvement (March - May 2025)

  • New Features (March): Ad optimization to enhance the user experience.
  • Referral and Reward Enhancements (April): New features to encourage user invitations.
  • Scalability and Infrastructure (May): Server load evaluation and potential migration if needed.

Consolidation and Future Expansion (June 2025 onwards)

  • Community Engagement: Ongoing feedback evaluation and improvements.
  • Revenue Distribution Review: Analysis and possible adjustments.
  • User Base Expansion: Periodic advertising campaigns to grow the user base.
